| Uh oh... your computer stopped working. While it is impossible for us to name all the possibilities on this site, once we examine the computer, we can determine what is causing the problem. The largest hardware failures we see are lightning damage and overheating. We can not stress enough how important it is to have your computer on a surge protector. Not just the power cord, any cable that connects to your computer needs to be on a surge protector! With the weather in the mountains in our area, we are prone to more surges than other cities. If your computer isn't working, we can repair the computer, normally in under 24 hours. If the computer is going to cost more to repair than what the computer is worth, we will let you know and discuss your options with you. |
